This is a legal agreement between SupportMail ("I", "my", "we", "our", "LukeZ", "Bot", "App") and You ("Your").
By using this Discord App and its website you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.
To fully comprehend and consent to these Terms, you are required to read, comprehend, and accept Discord Inc.'s ("Discord"s) Terms of Service (accessible at ) prior to proceeding.
SupportMail is a bot for the chat and social platform Discord (accessible at ), provided by Discord Inc. This service allows users to leverage Discord's public API (documentation available at https://discord.dev/, including Terms of Service and Privacy Policy).
SupportMail adheres to Discord's Developer Terms and does not knowingly abuse any of Discord's services.
The utilization of this service or its provided features is strictly limited to the intended purposes. Please note that Supportmail may not be used to send direct message advertisements to users or to abuse the service in any other way that could be in violation of this or Discord's terms.

You may use SupportMail and its services for any purpose, including commercial use, unless otherwise stated in this Terms. You may not reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code from Sapphire. When mentioning or using brand features of Sapphire outside of Discord, you must include a link to SupportMail at https://supportmail.dev.
You agree not to use the App for any malicious or abusive purposes, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, or unauthorized access.
The use of this bot for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities is strictly prohibited. It is the user's responsibility to comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in connection with their use of the bot.
You may not use this bot for any purpose that violates the Discord Terms of Service. Use of the bot signifies that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Discord Terms of Service. If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your use of the bot.
SupportMail enables users to send direct messages without disclosing their identity. Depending on the configuration, the message author may not be visible, but the source server will be. It should be noted that the owner of a Discord server is ultimately responsible for the content of messages sent by the bot.
Configure abusive or harassing texts.
Send advertisements of any kind using SupportMail's messaging system.
Attempt to disguise the origin of direct messages. All direct messages sent via SupportMail include the source server. It is your responsibility to ensure that all direct messages sent using SupportMail are clearly identifiable as originating from your server.
Send messages repeatedly in a short period, especially via direct message. (Also known as "spam")
Use SupportMail on servers that violate Discord's Community Guidelines or in a way that violates these guidelines.
Directly access SupportMail's backend systems. API calls are made to SupportMail's backend as part of using the service. Additional API calls beyond those automatically generated are not permitted.
Use automated tools such as bots or other software (commonly referred to as "scraping") for accessing SupportMail's services.
If content is reported as such, the server must expect consequences, up to a permanent ban on the use of the service.
By using this bot, you agree that to provide support and prevent abuse, we may retrieve certain information about you and your interactions with the App, including but not limited to:
User data (e.g., username, user ID, and avatar) Please note that we store your access token securely, which is generated when you log in with Discord, in an encrypted format. When we retrieve your data, we only see whether or not you have an access token set.
Guild data and configuration (e.g., guild name, guild ID, and also any configurations like the ticket forum and the tickets)
This information is only accessible to the bot owners and, in limited cases, to moderators of our support server.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of our services with or without notice for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will be terminated and you must stop using the bot/service immediately. This applies to both servers (guilds) and users.
All of SupportMail's primary features are available at no cost, with the exception of the Premium option, referred to as "SupportMail Gold."
I am continuously developing new features and fixing bugs to enhance the Bot and your user experience. As a result, I reserve the right to add or remove features at any time.
While I will attempt to avoid disruptions, I cannot guarantee that there will not be an outage or change to the service. Furthermore, due to such outages or changes, your server's settings may not be recoverable. I am not liable for any such outages or service changes, especially given that SupportMail is a mostly free service.
You may terminate your use of SupportMail's services at any time for any reason by removing SupportMail from your Discord server. Please note that this action will permanentaly delete your data from SupportMail's servers after 7 days, if you don't invite the bot back, but may not delete any log or backup data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are handled through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Currently, we offer a "Gold" tier, referred to as "SupportMail Gold". You can choose between different payment periods.

These are the configured prices and may vary based on your location and selection since Stripe adjusts them to the currency you've selected.
After subscribing for a server, the server gains the following benefits:
Configuration of a ticket creation message (text, color and image-link)
Configuration of a ticket close message (text, color and image-link)
Increase of the maximum number of tags (100)

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled.
However, there is one exception to this rule: if the bot is removed from a server with an active subscription, the subscription will be automatically cancelled. Please note that this subscription cannot be revoked. If you wish to resume receiving premium benefits, you will need to subscribe again after the current payment period has ended.
If a subscription is cancelled, manually or automatically, the benefits received will remain until the end of the current payment period. Please note that a subscription can only be cancelled by the customer who pays for the subscription and the owner of the server that is connected to the subscription. This decision was made by the community for security reasons. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and grant the owner of the server the right to cancel your subscription.
Refunds are subject to our separate Refund Policy.
By using SupportMail, you grant LukeZ all necessary rights to use your trademarks (such as your server's name and icon) for any reason, including but not limited to marketing purposes.
You agree not to exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities in the App. If you discover a bug, please report it to us immediately instead of exploiting it. Any abuse of bugs or vulnerabilities may result in termination (See 6. for more information on that).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Please be advised that any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the bot following the posting of any modified terms indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Please note that the bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties or representations. We disclaim any liability for damages arising from the use of the bot, in accordance with applicable laws.
